Carolina Figares is an ERYT500 Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and a YACEP provider offering continuing education programs for teachers. Her background spans hatha, ashtanga, yin yoga, prenatal yoga, and yoga for children, reflecting a well-rounded approach to practice and teaching. She also coordinates teacher trainings, workshops, and international retreats, creating opportunities for students to deepen their knowledge and experience yoga in supportive settings.
Alongside her yoga studies, Carolina holds a degree in psychology, which enriches her work as a guide for self-discovery and personal transformation. Her training also includes Florida early child care and education with a focus on special needs, and she is a certified trainer with Yoga Kids and Peaceful Babes. In addition, she is the author of the children’s yoga book My First Sun Salutation, created in collaboration with Uruguayan illustrator Pato Segovia.
