
Candice began practicing yoga in 2003, but it was during a journey through India that the practice truly became part of her daily life. From that moment, she knew she had discovered something meaningful. After returning home, she started practicing Bikram yoga and completed Bikram training less than six months later, never looking back.
For Candice, yoga brings clarity while engaging the body, mind, and spirit, and she felt called to share that experience with her community. Her passion led her to open Yoga 360 studios, with the intention of building a healthy, positive, and supportive community. She believes yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, body type, or personal goals, and she is dedicated to helping every student feel welcome and at home in the studio.
Outside the studio, Candice loves travelling, hiking, and enjoying delicious food. Her classes are challenging yet energizing, encouraging students to recognize their potential and leave feeling the benefits long after practice ends.
