Since beginning the yoga path in 2006, this teacher has approached each class as an invitation to turn inward and explore with curiosity. The emphasis is on gentle movement and supported stillness, creating space for students to slow down, listen more deeply, and strengthen their connection to the body’s innate wisdom.
With advanced studies in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) and Somatic Experiencing, the teaching style is informed by a thoughtful, compassionate understanding of how healing can unfold through mindful practice. Gratitude is also extended to the teachers who have shaped this journey, including Kay Kay Clivio, Yogi Caru of Pure Yoga, Dana Slamp of Prema Yoga, and Sarah Powers of Insight yoga.
Students can expect a grounded, welcoming session that supports presence, self-awareness, and a more attuned relationship with movement and stillness.
