Welcome. I’m Brooke Rowe, and I support people on a meaningful path of healing, self-discovery, and conscious living. Based near Wilmington, NC, I bring more than 10 years of personal healing and spiritual growth into the work I do with each client. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Consciousness Coach, spiritual guide, and intuitive Tarot reader, I hold a compassionate and grounded space where you can release what no longer supports you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move toward the life you are here to live.

My approach is shaped by lived experience as much as professional training. I know what it means to move through pain and rebuild from the inside out, and I bring that understanding into every session. Here are a few things that inform my work:
Personal Recovery and Resilience: After my mother’s suicide, I entered an 8-year struggle with opiates, alcohol, and clinical depression. I faced DUIs, incarceration, and repeated self-destructive patterns before choosing a different future. Today, I am 7 years sober from alcohol, 9 years fully recovered from opiates, smoke-free after 20 years, and no longer living with clinical depression. This journey gives me a deep understanding of addiction, mental health challenges, and the courage required to heal.
Healing from Complex Trauma: Rather than allowing grief to define me, I used it as a starting point for transformation. I understand how profound loss can shape a life, and I support others in turning pain into purpose with empathy, care, and steady guidance.
Shifting Limiting Beliefs: Through my own healing process, I uncovered beliefs that kept me stuck, including feelings of unworthiness and not being lovable. By transforming those beliefs, I created a life rooted in self-love and empowerment. I help clients recognize and release the patterns that keep them from living with clarity and confidence.
Professional Mental Health Background: With experience as a Peer Support Specialist and Mobile Crisis Responder, I have worked personally and professionally with people navigating mental health and substance use concerns. My background in crisis intervention and de-escalation allows me to meet clients with compassion, insight, and practical support.
Supporting Love Through Recovery: I have also walked alongside my partner of more than 10 years through addiction and recovery. Today, we share a sober relationship built on trust and love, which gives me a deeper perspective on the challenges and gifts of supporting someone you care about.
My Qualifications
Reiki Master Teacher: Attuned in Usui Reiki by Pat Vlach in 2018.
Spiritual Counseling & Mediumship: Certified by Delphi University of Spiritual Studies in 2021.
Human Design Mental Projector: As a Mental Projector, I bring insight and clarity to the people I work with, helping illuminate the path ahead with greater focus and understanding.
Co-author of Women Living In Alignment: In this book, I share my healing story and the role Reiki played in my transformation, reflecting the power of spiritual practice in reclaiming your authentic self.
By weaving together personal experience, professional training, and spiritual wisdom, I help others break free from cycles of self-destruction, heal from trauma, and step into a more empowered life.
