
Born in Aspen and raised in Boulder, Brittany discovered yoga in her early college years and immediately felt a sense of belonging on the mat. Since then, her path has evolved into a deep and dedicated teaching practice, shaped by extensive study and a genuine passion for movement and growth.
As an E-RYT 500 instructor, she leads a range of yoga styles, including vinyasa, hot, restorative, and Myofascial Release (MFR). Her training also includes Power, Hatha, Alignment, Yin Yoga, and RAD Mobility, giving her classes both depth and versatility. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support students as they build confidence, explore their practice, and reconnect with themselves.
Brittany’s teaching style is rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and community. With music as an important part of the experience, she creates a welcoming space where students can move, learn, and grow with curiosity and ease. A lifelong learner, she continues to reflect the wisdom and evolution of yoga in every class she offers.
