About Brigitte Heilmaier
Based in Munich, I work as a naturopath, Qi Gong teacher, systemic coach, and workshop facilitator. Between 2006 and 2008, I laid the foundation for my certification as a course leader through SMS, the International Society for Chinese Medicine. In Bonn, I continue to deepen my knowledge within the Medical Society for Qi Gong Yangsheng e.V., and since January 2018 I have been devoted to “Silent Qi Gong” under Master Li in Gronsdorf. Many of my offerings are certified by the Central Prevention Testing Center. I also expanded my understanding of acupuncture and Chinese medicine with Xie-Ru-Ritzer, and strengthened this knowledge through an internship at the TCM University Clinic in Chengdu, China.
In my workshops, I guide participants through self-massage and acupressure at key points to support overall well-being.
