As a certified yoga teacher with a focus on Hatha and Yin yoga, I offer my classes with openness and care. My fascination with the practice was so strong that I began a full teacher training during my very first class experience. I am happy to share the depth of my knowledge, built over four years of intensive study and 800 hours of training with the BDY. My background also includes specialized training in Yin yoga, face yoga, as well as hormone, prenatal, and postnatal yoga.
Since 2020, I have been teaching both in-person and online classes in Munich. Beyond the mat, I organize “Yoga & Wine” weekends and lead preventative workshops for companies. My sessions are tailored to individual needs, using targeted asanas, breathwork, and meditation to support greater energy and inner calm.
For me, yoga is a path toward more clarity and gratitude in everyday life. A mindful, respectful approach to all people—on and off the mat—is especially important to me.
“Whether one is young, middle-aged or old, even if sick or weak—everyone can begin the practice of yoga.”
Hatha-Yoga-Pradipika I, 64
Yoga is, for me, a way to cultivate clarity, calm, and gratitude, while expressing respect for all living beings.
I have been practicing yoga since 2013.
