I believe healing is not something to be rushed or forced, but something we create space for with care. In my work, therapy is a collaborative and grounding process shaped by curiosity, creativity, and compassion. My intention is to offer a setting where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin listening more closely to your own inner experience. I approach the therapeutic relationship as a place of witnessing, where what you bring is met with presence, respect, and care rather than judgment or pressure.
I am a pre-licensed clinical mental health counselor and provisional art therapist (ATR-P), and I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Lesley University. My approach combines evidence-based methods such as EMDR and person-centered therapy with creative and experiential practices including art therapy, journaling, visualization, and gentle somatic awareness. I understand healing as both an internal and relational process that unfolds when thoughts, emotions, and body-based experiences can be expressed safely and held with compassion, supporting nervous system regulation and deeper self-trust.
Much of my current work supports adults navigating trauma, complex PTSD, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I feel especially called to work with neurodivergent individuals and those parenting neurodivergent children, as well as people who feel caught in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we focus on safety, resourcing, and self-trust, always moving at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable, with an emphasis on being understood rather than “fixed.”
My background includes expressive arts therapy across the lifespan, from youth and families to older adults and group settings. In every setting, I bring deep curiosity and respect for each person’s lived experience. Clients often describe our sessions as a space where emotions can be explored without judgment, where experiences are met with care, and where creativity helps open the door to understanding and healing. I’m honored to be part of the Blue Lotus Wellness team and resonate deeply with its holistic approach to caring for the mind, body, and spirit. If you’re looking for a therapy space that values authenticity and creativity, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
