As an experienced travel expert, I have been accompanying groups on carefully curated journeys for decades, always with full presence, solid expertise, and a keen sense of what truly matters. My aim is to ensure that every trip is not only smoothly organized, but also creates space for genuine encounters, meaningful personal impressions, and lasting memories. I want to help you make the most of every moment.
My roots lie in sports science and education, which I studied in 1984, as well as in many years of working as a coach for people going through periods of change. Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness shape the way I work: attentive, calm, and open to the unexpected. I teach Hatha yoga and experience the practice as a reliable path toward stability, clarity, and inner spaciousness. Breath is the central key in this process: it connects body and mind, helps regulate the nervous system, and supports inner processes ranging from stress release to deeper self-awareness and self-care.
Professionally, I began in Peru in 1988, helping to build sports therapy, and later founded a practice in the Stuttgart area with a focus on prevention. Since 1992, I have deepened my yoga practice through regular stays in South India. Today, together with my husband, I lead ENC GmbH, working in environmental protection, occupational safety, and health.
For me, yoga means sensing myself more consciously — my limits and the space beyond them. It is a lifelong path that strengthens growth, healing, and vitality within me. When I move through the asanas with joy and gratitude, I experience freedom and true presence.
Practicing yoga since: 1988. Training: Yoga according to Yesudian, PBE Institute. Since 2020, certified course leader for “Forest Bathing – Mindfulness in the Forest.”
Through my own experience with two hip prostheses, I know how much yoga can support the healing journey, especially when practicing with prostheses. Practiced gently and with intention, it helps gradually expand mobility, build stability, and regain freedom of movement. Today, I feel more comfortable in my body than ever before. I simply want to share that experience.
Alongside Germany, India, Bali, and South America remain among my favorite destinations. I look forward to discovering these regions with you — with expert guidance, a well-structured approach, and an appreciation for culture, encounters, and unforgettable moments.
