
Bill Koff is a certified professional yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and a Kripalu 1000-hour yoga teacher with 20 years of yoga practice and more than 30 years of pranayama experience. He leads yoga therapy, therapeutic yoga stretch, and balance classes, and also offers IAYT APD CE credits in philosophy and proprioceptive techniques. His teaching blends deep technical knowledge with an accessible, supportive approach that helps students explore movement, breath, and awareness with confidence.
Bill serves on the faculty of the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy and is the founder of Tiny Teahouse Yoga. Before dedicating himself fully to this field, he retired as vice president and chief technology officer of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he directed global research, strategy, methodology, and executive education teams. He is also the author of several books, including The Future of Healthcare: It's Health, Then Care.
