
With a master’s degree in psychology and more than a decade of dedicated yoga practice, Bhavna brings both depth and sensitivity to every class she leads. She is a RYT 200 certified hatha yoga teacher and holds a Yoga Nidra certification from Swami Yogratna Sarswati of the Shankar Prasad Foundation, blending traditional training with a strong understanding of the mind-body connection.
Her teaching experience spans yoga studios, corporate sessions, community classes, and online sessions, allowing her to guide a wide range of students with confidence and care. Whether working with beginners or experienced practitioners, Bhavna creates a grounded and supportive space where movement, breath, and mindfulness come together naturally.
