I am a curious seeker with deep compassion for the human experience. Born and raised in West Berlin, I grew up in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, and from an early age I felt drawn to healing, reconciliation, meditation, and practices that expand consciousness. After earning a degree in Psychology from the Technical University in Berlin, I trained extensively with leading figures in somatic and transpersonal psychology across Europe, the U.S., and Canada, including 5Rhythms® Dance founder Gabrielle Roth, Holotropic Breathwork and psychedelic therapist Stanislav Grof, and Embodied Leadership trainer Wendy Palmer. I am a certified 5Rhythms Facilitator and Embodied Leadership Coach, and I primarily work in Vancouver, BC.
My work is rooted in supporting the healing of fragmentation and disconnection within ourselves, in our relationships, in the wider ecosystem, and in our connection to Spirit. I believe in conscious stewardship of life and in leadership grounded in the alignment of body, heart, mind, and the soul’s path. My offerings include personal coaching, community events, retreats, and trainings, both in person and online.
To deepen my practice, I have begun integrating select plant medicines into some of my offerings. I completed Psychedelic Assisted Therapy training with MAPS Canada and ATMA, and I enjoy creating ceremonial containers for psychedelic healing work and the exploration of human consciousness. I am especially interested in how insight can be integrated into everyday life, helping us continue to evolve with greater awareness and a stronger capacity to lead with love. I believe we each have the ability to heal and grow, and I love supporting clients as they claim and embody their inner “Medicine Person,” “Leader,” and “Artist.”
I work best with clients who are open to growth and want to connect more deeply with body-based wisdom and emotional intelligence. I lead with clarity, kindness, and playfulness, while also bringing firmness when it comes to releasing old habits and patterns. I identify as a coach rather than a therapist or healer, and I ask clients to remain responsible for their own path and healing journey.
In my sessions, I offer tools, practices, caring support, and key questions that help connect the dots, along with a big, open heart. We begin with a thoughtful check-in and intention-setting process, and I pay close attention to the somatic, emotional, and mental layers of what is shared. My approach is grounded in embodied spirituality and honors the body and everything held within it, including instinct, sensation, intuition, feeling, and sexuality.
I provide practical tools and practices that support integration and lasting change, so life can be led in a conscious, non-reactive, and heart-centered way. I hold a safe and permissive space for personal healing, self-discovery, and development. My sessions draw on psychology, somatic coaching, breathwork, meditation, dyad practice, leadership, and a range of healing movement arts. At the end, I offer practices that can be brought into daily life, along with “homework” to support repetition, habit change, and ongoing attention.
