My path led me from a career as a police officer into the deeper practice of yoga and ayurveda. Since 2005, I have devoted myself to regeneration and experience the power of deep relaxation every day. This spiritual path strengthened my wish to share what I have learned and support others on their journey back to themselves.
In 2015, I began a two-year training program to become a yoga teacher, and I have been teaching in Mainz and the surrounding area ever since. For me, it is a true calling to touch people through yoga. My joy in teaching has inspired me to continue my education. Today, I am also a meditation teacher, relaxation coach, and spiritual life counselor.
My expertise includes Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Kundalini-Chakra yoga. Since 2019, I have also been training future yoga teachers at Yoga-Vidya Mainz. My teaching style is light, clear, varied, and lively, always with a smile. I place special emphasis on proper breathing, precision in the asanas, and deep relaxation.
Another focus of my work is massage. In 2020, I completed training as an Ayurvedic and traditional hand and foot reflexology massage therapist. In July 2023, I successfully completed an “Abhyanga – traditional Ayurvedic massage training” program.
I have practiced yoga since 2005 and am certified in meditation, pranayama, and various yoga styles. For me, yoga means lightness, passion, and a healthy, joyful life. I am certified for hospital settings and offer you a space for complete mindfulness.
