Hello, I’m Belinda, founder and owner of Relaxscape. I believe deeply in creating your own path, finding your ikigai, and experiencing the healing power of nature, yoga, nourishing food, and living in an eco-conscious way.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and have spent the past ten years working as a coach, supporting people through life and career transitions. Over time, I noticed a common thread among many of my clients: they felt disconnected, or unsure of who they were and what truly brought them joy. My work naturally evolved into helping them find balance and reconnect with their ikigai. I have also navigated my own challenging periods, which inspired major life changes in my early 40s. It was then that I discovered the restorative power of yoga and nature, and ultimately created Relaxscape as a place where people can retreat into nature and rediscover themselves.
I am also a Yoga Alliance certified Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher, and I run my own coaching and business consultancy, About Talent Ltd, supporting people through difficult transitions in life, work, and business by focusing on their strengths. As a coach, my intention is to guide clients toward a more holistic approach to change. To me, yoga is a practice of wellbeing, and it has brought enormous benefits to my mental and physical health. Together with coaching, it can be a powerful way to cultivate inner stillness during times of stress and transformation.
I especially enjoy Vinyasa Flow yoga because of its emphasis on the breath — a steady rhythm of one breath matched to one movement. This ongoing conversation between the inner and outer body creates a deeply calming practice, while also leaving you feeling energised and more connected to yourself.
With only a couple of years left until I turn 50, I’m living proof that it is never too late to make a change and embrace life more fully!
