Beata has completed 1000 hours of teacher training and brings more than seven years of yoga teaching experience across a range of settings. Her classes are calm and accessible, shaped by a playful spirit and a serene atmosphere, and she uses yoga as a way to support empowerment and help revitalize both body and mind.
She invites students to listen to the body’s natural wisdom, building the confidence to connect, trust, and move from centre. With curiosity, warmth, and an open heart, Beata weaves together asana, pranayama, meditation, and chanting in her teaching.
Guided by optimism and a commitment to lifelong learning, she continues to explore yoga as part of daily life. She has taught in studios, schools, and community settings throughout Australia and Europe.
Her Yang classes are slow and strong, while her Yin sessions are soft, deep, and nurturing. Beata believes yoga should be accessible to everyone and welcomes all bodies to the mat.
