I have been practicing yoga with great warmth for more than three decades and have been teaching since 2003. My passion for retreats and yoga journeys with NeueWegeReisen began in 2014. Meeting new people, sharing yoga, and being together in a genuine way are deeply fulfilling for me.
I completed my teacher training from 2002 onward with a variety of mentors and became familiar with different yoga styles: the meditative immersion in movement inspired by R. Sriram, the nourishing stretches of fascia yoga, the deep relaxation of yin yoga, and the strengthening practice of hatha yoga. “Yoga adapts to the person — not the person to yoga.” For that reason, recognizing individual needs and tailoring practice accordingly is of the utmost importance to me.
In my classes, practice flows with the rhythm of the breath. Turning inward and calming the mind are at the center. Alongside pranayama breathwork techniques, I incorporate chanting, yoga nidra, and meditation. Wisdom from ancient texts inspires practical application in everyday life. My work as an emotions coach also motivates me to support people in life and show ways to help themselves.
I am a member of the BDY, a teacher of the yoga path, and my courses are recognized by health insurance providers. I offer live yoga classes in Kelkheim as well as online.
