Yoga has been my deep passion and my path for many years. It is a powerful tool for self-reflection, helping me live with greater harmony and joy. That sense of joy is something I love to share in my retreats.
During my training, I placed special emphasis on yoga therapy and ayurveda.
I teach Vinyasa yoga with deep breath awareness in the tradition of Shri T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.S. Desikachar. This holistic practice brings together physical postures, breath control, and meditation. We move fluidly in rhythm with your own breath. The focus is on subtle awareness of the body’s signals and the flow of the breath. Dynamic sequences alternate with quiet, conscious stillness. This breath-led Vinyasa yoga supports inner reflection, brings peace, and relaxes both body and mind.
This gentle approach, along with the adaptable nature of the asanas, allows me to respond to each person’s needs. Everyone can find their own rhythm and the path that inspires movement.
“It is not the person who must adapt to yoga, but yoga that must adapt to the individual.” (Shri T. Krishnamacharya)
