Bani Hardeep Kaur

Bani Hardeep Kaur (Olga) is a master of sound healing therapy, as well as the founder and lead teacher at her own yoga studio on Koh Samui. She has been practicing yoga since 2013, with a focus on Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, and brings a deeply personal approach to every class she teaches.

She believes that a teacher’s growth is inseparable from consistent self-practice. Since 2018, Olga has completed more than 700 hours of study in yoga and sound healing, along with over 900 hours of personal practice. Her sessions are designed to guide guests inward, creating space to observe emotions, patterns, and fears with gentleness and awareness.

Through her teaching, participants are invited to move beyond self-imposed limitations in a supportive and mindful environment. Each class offers an opportunity for deeper connection, inner exploration, and meaningful transformation.
