Sound healer. Raised in the fast-paced energy of Mumbai, where life seldom pauses, Ayushi Desai Ji felt an early longing for something quieter and more meaningful. In 2017, she began her first 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, unaware of how profoundly it would shape her path. That single step opened the door to yoga philosophy, a world she immediately embraced with curiosity and devotion.
Her studies continued with another 200-Hour course, followed by 300-Hour training in Rishikesh. The mountains, Maa Ganga, and the city’s spiritual pulse kept drawing her back. Over time, she completed 700 hours of training, each phase revealing a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice.
As her journey unfolded, Ayushi was naturally led toward the subtler dimensions of healing. Sound healing became a heartfelt extension of her practice, offering a way to connect with others through vibration, stillness, and presence. In her sessions, yoga, meditation, and sound create a space where students can soften, reconnect, and return to themselves.
At Jeevatman Yogshala, she shares not only techniques, but also the honesty of her own path — one shaped by discipline, doubt, and deep devotion. With warmth and humility, she holds space for others to explore, reflect, and remember.
