Raised in Kitsilano, Aurora completed Langara’s RMT program in 2019 and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.
As a new mother, she has discovered an exciting new way to bring her skills as an RMT into practice.
Outside the clinic, Aurora brings a broad creative background that includes digital design, painting, and martial arts, especially the Brazilian art of Capoeira.
She believes that restoring optimal function comes from a multi-layered approach to health, one that responds to each person’s lifestyle and needs.
Her treatments and home care recommendations are designed to feel practical and relevant, whether the goal is to relax the body or provide focused restorative massage.
Aurora’s treatment plans may include myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, muscle resettling, and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization).
She is comfortable working with pre/post natal care, infant massage, temporomandibular dysfunction, overuse injuries, sports-related injuries, spinal cord injury, and postural overuse concerns.
