My fascination with yoga has accompanied me since I was twenty. Travels through Asia sparked that initial flame and drew me ever deeper into the wisdom of yoga and meditation. One of the most important lessons those journeys taught me is that moments of awakening do not require us to rise above everyday life; they can be found right in the middle of it. Today, yoga is my safe harbor, a place I always return to—especially when life feels stormy.
Through many trainings, I have gathered a rich collection of tools that can support a wide range of life situations. In my classes, it is especially important to help students develop a refined awareness of their own bodies, with great precision and mindfulness. To support this, I combine powerful and relaxing body and breathwork practices. The principle of yin and yang always shapes my teaching. Sound enriches the practice and allows every participant to enjoy their yoga practice with ease.
