Her experience spans collaborations with leading chefs and inspiring grandmothers across the USA, Italy, Poland, and the UK, along with the founding of Kensal Provisions in 2020. This rich background has shaped her understanding of global cuisines, flavor traditions, and the cultural history behind the foods we eat.
Holding a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University, Asia offers a thoughtful perspective on the Self and our connection with Nature. Since her 20s, she has continued to build a layered body of knowledge, weaving together insight, lived experience, and curiosity into her work.
Asia’s mission is rooted in helping others through food and the natural world.
