Ashley Heafy is an instructor who brings warmth, creativity, and a playful spirit to every class. For Ashley, yoga is a way to steady the mind both on and off the mat, creating space for balance in everyday life. She values teaching in a community that is welcoming, supportive, and always evolving, and she brings that same energy into her classes.
Students can expect thoughtful use of props at every level, along with an encouraging environment that invites exploration, movement, and fun. Her sessions are set to a soundtrack of indie jams, adding an uplifting rhythm to the practice. Ashley teaches Hot Flow and 360 Flow.
When she’s not teaching, Ashley enjoys designing and creating, spending time with her husband and twins, and listening to Death Cab for Cutie.
