Meet Arsita Putri – Cultivating Strength, Serenity, and Self-Discovery
Arsita’s yoga journey began in 2011, at a time when she was working in a demanding corporate environment. What started as a way to manage stress soon became much more than that: a sanctuary for calm, a space to quiet the mind, and an opportunity to reconnect with the body. On the mat, she found a place for self-discovery, where movement, breath, and inner peace could grow together.
In 2014, her passion for wellness led her to join one of Asia’s largest wellness centers, where she explored a wide range of yoga styles and practices. Inspired to deepen her studies, she completed her 200-hour foundational teacher training with Les Leventhal in 2015. Her commitment continued with 300-hour advanced training, and in 2017 she had the honor of assisting Les in guiding new teachers through their 200-hour training.
Yoga remains a lifelong path for Arsita, and she continues to expand her knowledge through courses, workshops, and trainings. Her classes focus on self-awareness and body intuition, inviting students to listen closely, respect their limits, and explore their potential with care. She specializes in Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Yoga with Weights, Gentle Yoga with Deep Stretch, and Yin Yoga for Stress Release—practices designed to strengthen, restore, and help you reconnect with yourself.
At Bali Bliss, her intention is to offer a supportive and uplifting space where students from all backgrounds can experience the many benefits of yoga.
"Whether you seek strength, flexibility, stress relief, or simply a moment of stillness, I am here to guide you on this beautiful journey."
