
Hello, I’m Aroa, and I come from Madrid.
My yoga path started around eight years ago, after my first class, when I walked away feeling light, calm, grounded, and physically challenged all at once. From that point on, yoga became a deeply meaningful part of my life. To deepen my understanding of yoga and meditation, I have trained with teachers in India, Indonesia, Thailand, England, Nepal, Greece, and Spain. Along the way, I have also explored Reiki, Tantra, Womb Dance, women’s circles, Thai massage, Vipassana, and coaching.
This journey has taught me to adapt the practice to the changing seasons of life, because as everything evolves, so do the body, the mind, and our needs. For me, yoga is about listening inward, honouring what we need, respecting the body, and embracing who we are in each moment, both on and off the mat. In my classes, I aim to support that connection to ourselves through body and breath, while staying present. I look forward to practising with you in Tenerife!
