
Yoga has been part of Arjun’s life for more than 10 years, supporting his growth into someone stronger, more flexible, and fearless both on and off the mat. For him, yoga is also a way to move through each moment with greater mindfulness.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Yoga in Bangalore, India, completed 300 hours of Hatha Yoga training in Bangalore, 200 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow training in Rishikesh, India, and a 500-hour advanced training in Mysore.
Arjun considers himself a lifelong student of the practice and remains deeply grateful for the loving wisdom shared by his teachers.
His classes blend creative sequencing, playfulness, and inspiration with breathwork, relaxation, and meditation techniques, all within a holistic approach to yoga designed to help deepen your practice.
He aims to support others through different techniques and consultations that address disturbances at their root. His hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
