Ardani is a RYT 500 yoga teacher whose connection to the practice began well before her teaching career officially took shape. Yoga supported her through the birth of her two children, helping her reconnect with her body, emotions, and inner strength. Over time, it grew beyond a physical discipline into a reflective tool for understanding her thoughts, patterns, and inner landscape through breath and movement.
Her classes weave together Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, and Hatha, offering a setting where discipline and playfulness coexist. She brings a free-spirited, deeply authentic presence to each session, balancing structure with intuitive flow. Rather than asking students to simply replicate shapes, she invites them to explore, feel, and discover themselves through the practice.
Before dedicating herself fully to yoga, Ardani worked for years as a national TV journalist and news presenter. That background strengthened her communication, presence, and confidence, all of which now support her teaching. With clear and intentional speech, she creates classes that feel approachable, warm, and emotionally grounded. Her gift for explaining ideas in simple, relatable language helps students connect with the deeper layers of the practice.
As a trainer, Ardani encourages future teachers to honor their individuality and teach from the heart. Her path reflects ongoing transformation, from career changes to motherhood to spiritual growth, and she brings that lived wisdom into her guidance. She sees yoga as a lifelong journey of returning to oneself, listening inward, and building awareness on and off the mat.
Her intention is simple: to guide others toward authenticity, inner strength, and the freedom that comes from truly knowing oneself.
