Description

Biography

My yoga journey began in 1973, when I first studied with AD (Anand Dass), who had trained in India with Baba Hari Dass and was part of the group that helped bring Babaji to America. I had already encountered Babaji through Ram Dass’ book, Be Here Now.

Yoga sadhana has been the foundation of my life ever since. I have been connected with Dharma Sara Satsang and the Centre from the very beginning, as a founding member, lifelong student, and grateful part of the Satsang community. In 1981, I completed my yoga teacher training at Mount Madonna Centre.

I value teamwork and believe deeply in collaboration and empowerment rather than top-down leadership. As Centre Manager, I worked under Babaji’s guidance and in consultation with him across many areas and retreats. I cherish Satsang, Kirtan, and the beautiful rituals and practices Babaji shared. In my classes, I offer pranayama, meditation, and Eden energy routines. Community is very important to me, and I serve as Community Director, HK coordinator, and a member of the Panchayat (Elders) and the DS Board.

I hold deep gratitude for my parents and Babaji. Through service, I support the vision and growth of Dharma Sara Satsang and the Centre. I believe it is important for people to share stories, teachings, and skills, and I warmly encourage anyone drawn to yoga and peace to take part in Satsang events and classes, whether in person, online, or by supporting the Centre as ambassadors and donors. Jai Babaji! Jai Satsang!
