
Anton began his personal yoga journey in the mid-1980s, first exploring Hatha Yoga through books and later joining an Iyengar yoga studio in 1998. In 2009, he moved to India to deepen his practice under Guruji Sharat Aurora at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Center, and earned his Yoga Teacher certificate in 2010.
His studies have focused strongly on the principles of Iyengar Yoga therapy, as well as the practice and philosophy taught by T. Krishnamacharya. Since 2012, Anton has been teaching yoga in the USA, sharing a grounded and methodical approach shaped by years of dedicated learning. In 2017, he began teaching on yoga teacher courses, further expanding his role as a mentor and guide.
Anton continued to advance his professional training with a 200-hour RYT in 2018, a 500-hour RYT in 2019, and a Yoga Therapy course completed in 2020–2021 with the St. Petersburg Institute of Oriental Methods of Rehabilitation.
