Annika Wildflower

Annika Wildflower

Description

Movement practice facilitator / breathwork practitioner / temazcal / water ceremonies. Annika is deeply devoted to nature and the elements. For more than a decade, she has explored water through direct experience and the guidance of elders. Through the powerful practices of water fasting, nature immersion, silence, breath, and prayer, she has supported her own healing from an autoimmune condition.

Her path has led her to advocate for caring for both our inner and outer waters, and to recognize healing as a holistic journey. She brings together the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of wellness in a way that supports a more balanced and thriving life.

Nature remains her greatest muse. The elements have shown her how to restore balance in times of dis-ease, and water—understood as a teacher of purity—has become a trusted ally in her spiritual study. Healing with and through water can open a profound spiritual experience, helping to clear physical, emotional, and mental dis-ease.

Annika is especially inspired by the meeting point of spirit and matter, and by prayers offered into the waters we drink as well as the waters of the earth. As beings made mostly of water, we are reminded of our deep connection to all of life. Annika is here to facilitate that experience with and for you.
