Annika Raithby is a group facilitator devoted to helping people build deeper connections with themselves, their friends, and their families. Her work is rooted in the belief that personal growth is not only valuable, but essential for living with greater authenticity, purpose, and presence. Through her supportive approach, she encourages participants to explore what helps them feel more like themselves, nurture their passions, and create meaningful ripple effects in their daily lives and communities.
Annika studied Child and Youth Care at Vancouver Island University and began training extensively at The Haven on Gabriola at a young age. This foundation shaped her lasting interest in working with young people and families, as well as her understanding of the importance of compassionate, relationship-centered support. Alongside her facilitation work, she also enjoys hands-on creativity, bringing an expressive and practical sensibility to everything she does.
