My own health journey has long centered on finding gentler, more natural ways to support concerns such as digestion, menstrual health, headaches, mental well-being, and pain. I believe the most effective care comes from drawing on the strengths of both Eastern and Western medicine.
For more than 15 years, I have studied, practiced, and taught yoga, and that path eventually brought me to Chinese medicine. Creating a safe, supportive space for yoga students to heal has always been important to me, and I bring that same intention to every patient experience.
Along with TCM-style acupuncture, I am trained in orthopedic needling for musculoskeletal pain and cosmetic acupuncture. I also focus on classical Chinese herbal medicine, having completed an additional two years of study with the Institute of Classical East Asian Medicine (ICEAM), which has prepared me to address a wide range of health concerns, diseases, and illness.
