Annabelle Yoo

With more than 14 years of dedicated practice and teaching, Annabelle Yoo brings depth, warmth, and curiosity to every yoga and meditation session. Her teaching journey began at OM Yoga Center NYC under Cyndi Lee, where she developed a strong foundation rooted in Buddhist teachings and a playful, exploratory approach on the mat. This blend of discipline and openness continues to shape her work, creating an inviting space for students to move, breathe, and connect more fully with themselves.

In addition to her foundational studies, Annabelle has pursued further training in Ashtanga yoga and meditation, enriching her understanding of both physical practice and inner stillness. Her classes are guided by experience, presence, and a genuine commitment to supporting mindful growth. Students can expect a thoughtful, welcoming environment that encourages both challenge and ease, making room for discovery at every stage of practice.
