
Anna Vanzani’s path into wellness began in India, where she deepened her studies and certified in Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and the ancient science of Ayurveda. Her journey then took her to Indonesia, where she trained with some of the most respected masters of this holistic tradition and completed her education in Ayur-yoga.
She later expanded her practice in the United States, where she explored the power of pranayama and conscious breathing with Dr. Belisa Vranich. Anna’s background brings together movement, breath, and traditional wisdom, offering a well-rounded approach that supports balance, presence, and inner awareness.
