Anna (Rewild Surf School)

Yoga teacher Anna brings more than 10 years of teaching experience to her classes, shaped by training in India and Bali and years of guiding students around the world. Now based in the beautiful coastal town of Newquay, she draws daily inspiration from the natural landscape around her.

Much of Anna’s teaching is influenced by time spent outdoors, whether hiking, swimming, surfing, or simply observing the changing rhythms of the seasons. Her classes often reflect the patterns she notices in nature, from shifting weather and blooming flowers to the presence of animals and other creatures in the environment.

She primarily teaches Vinyasa and Yin yoga, while also weaving in ideas from a wide range of other styles and trainings. The result is a well-rounded, creative approach that offers variety, depth, and a strong connection to the world beyond the studio.
