
With more than nine years of teaching experience, Anna Chhugani brings a grounded, attentive presence to every yoga session. As a certified instructor, she is dedicated to supporting students in building balance, inner calm, and confidence on the mat. Her approach is shaped by a strong focus on alignment and technique, offering clear, practical guidance that helps practitioners progress safely and steadily, whether they are just beginning or deepening an existing practice.
Anna’s training includes Ashtanga, Hatha, Mysore, and Prenatal Yoga, with a foundation rooted in the traditions of the BKS Iyengar School of Yoga and Yogadarshanam Mysore. This diverse background informs classes that are structured yet mindful, combining precision with a warm and encouraging atmosphere.
