
RYT, PA-C, MHS, HEC-C. Ann brings more than 25 years of dedicated study to her teaching, with a deep personal practice shaped by both yoga and meditation. Over the years, she has spent more than 1,200 days immersed in meditation and yoga retreats, reflecting a lifelong commitment to inner growth and mindful living. Her journey began in her 20s in Brooklyn, New York, where she first discovered yoga, and soon after, meditation became part of her path as she entered a Physician Assistant program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
With a background that bridges wellness and healthcare, Ann offers a grounded, thoughtful presence that resonates with students seeking balance, clarity, and healing.
