Born into a Brahmin family in the quiet of the Himalayas, Yogi Ankit Tiwari’s spiritual journey began early and deeply. For 15 formative years, he lived and studied in an ashram under Swami Sri 1008 Arunanand Giri ji, absorbing Bhakti yoga and Vedic philosophy through the sacred Guru-Shishya tradition. He later earned a Master’s degree in Yogic Science, while Ashtanga Vinyasa became the energetic core of his practice.
Inspired by the legacy of Guruji Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, he traveled to the source in Mysore and trained at the KPJAYI. There, under the guidance of Mata ji Saraswati Jois ji, he practices the Ashtanga advanced Series with dedication and holds her rare personal authorization to teach. A 500-ERYT certified teacher, he bridges ancient tradition and contemporary seekers with clarity and devotion.
He has shared this transformative science across India, China, and Hong Kong. More than postures, he offers a living tradition, along with spiritual guidance and a path toward a more awakened, fulfilled life. His mission is simple: to pass on the knowledge and grace he has received, one student, one breath at a time.
