Ankit Ji

Description

An E-RYT 500 certified teacher of Ashtanga Flow, Hatha, and Pranayama, Ankit Ji brings both depth and discipline to his teaching. Born in Devprayag, the sacred source of the River Ganges, and raised in Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga, he grew up surrounded by yogic tradition. He began practicing in childhood under the guidance of experienced gurus, building strength, focus, and a lasting connection between body and mind.

He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Yogic Science, which support his strong foundation in classical teachings and their practical use. With years of committed practice, his particular strength lies in Ashtanga Flow and Pranayama, where precise alignment and breath awareness reflect consistency and self-mastery.

His classes are structured, disciplined, and highly engaging, helping students develop stability, awareness, and physical resilience through a traditional yet accessible approach. With an emphasis on technique, breath control, and mindful progression, he guides students toward greater mental clarity and inner focus. Respected for his authenticity and knowledge, Ankit Ji offers a grounded and transformative yoga experience that encourages the integration of yoga principles into daily life.
