
As a certified AYA teacher of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga, I bring wholehearted dedication to every practice. In addition to my work as a yoga therapist and relaxation coach, I also support you as an Ayurveda and Thai yoga massage practitioner on the path toward deeper body awareness and inner peace.
My first encounter with yoga more than a decade ago was a turning point. Since that meaningful moment, I have enjoyed my own growth along this spiritual path. The wish to share this knowledge came quickly. It is a true honor to touch others through yoga and to guide them in discovering their own strength and conscious self-awareness. My classes are shaped by a loving, grounded atmosphere. Clear guidance and solid knowledge support your mindfulness, while I encourage ease and self-confidence. I also like to bring humor, charm, and a playful wink into our practice, because a smile helps us breathe more easily and let go.
