
Anja Plattner is a trauma and hypnotherapist, as well as the bestselling author of So heilt dein inneres Kind. She founded the Come Home to Yourself method, a thoughtful blend of somatics, breathwork, and hypnosis. This is not stage hypnosis, but mindful work with the subconscious designed to gently support nervous-system calm and create a safe space for inner-child healing.
Her work centers on nervous-system regulation, inner-child exploration, and creative integration through journaling, movement, and ritual.
