
Originally from Budapest, Dr. Anita Jóri brings more than 10 years of experience to her vinyasa yoga teaching, alongside a research background with a PhD in electronic music. After years of practicing hatha yoga, she had a life-changing moment in her first Ashtanga Vinyasa class — a powerful sense of reconnecting with herself that transformed both her path and her understanding of the body and mind.
Her classes are known for their creative, energetic flow and for the unique way she blends two of her greatest passions: yoga and electronic music.
