For more than three decades, Anika Landers has combined classical Hatha yoga with deep dedication. Her teaching weaves together asanas, pranayama, meditation, and a solid grounding in yoga anatomy and philosophy. At the heart of her approach is yoga as a path to self-awareness, creating inner space while opening a clear, receptive connection to the world. In her classes, she places great emphasis on precise bodywork, stable grounding, and a smooth transition into the ease of the breath. Mindfulness and conscious breath flow form the basis of her practice. Her work is further enriched by her training as a naturopath and osteopath. She gently integrates medical and therapeutic insights, along with an understanding of the healing effects of movement, into her teaching. As a lecturer for the Yogaforum e.V. and the director of a studio in Düsseldorf, she is a sought-after speaker. Joining retreats with Neue Wege is a special gift for her. The intensive practice transforms participants in a positive and lasting way, and she is grateful for the opportunity to guide these spiritual journeys to beautiful places.
Yoga is a state of calm attention, inner focus, and vibrant exchange. The richness of its techniques helps her return to this state again and again.
