
With more than 15 years of teaching experience, Angie brings together a professional dance background and the discipline of yoga. Her training spans Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga, along with Restorative Yoga, Biomechanics, and Yoga for Pathologies. She is deeply committed to supporting personal transformation and spiritual growth through holistic yoga practice.
An experienced yoga practitioner, Angie combines movement expertise with a strong academic foundation as a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires. Her work reflects both technical precision and a deep understanding of the body in motion.
Angie is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 500+) and has completed extensive training in multiple styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga. She has also specialized in Restorative Yoga, biomechanics applied to yoga, Yoga for Pathologies, and Prenatal Yoga, among other areas.
In 2019, she expanded her studies in India with several teachers, including initiation into Kundalini Tantra Yoga at Vagyoga Chetana Peetham in Varanasi. With additional certifications in Reiki, Thai Massage, and Sports Massage, her sessions offer a well-rounded and integrative approach.
For over 6 years, Angie has led her own yoga school in Buenos Aires and has also taught internationally in Switzerland, Spain, and the Canary Islands. As a trainer of beginner and advanced teachers, she has guided more than 400 students.
Her classes emphasize physical precision, biomechanics, and a meaningful connection to yoga philosophy. Dedicated to ongoing learning and teaching, Angie believes yoga can enrich every aspect of life and enjoys guiding students toward holistic wellness and self-discovery.
