
Angie is mestiza, a woman who serves as a bridge between the Earth’s medicine, motherhood, and community.
She is a mother of four and began her path with ancestral medicine as a child. For the past 12 years, she has worked as a midwife. Throughout her life, she has also walked as a sundancer, tended the inipi altar, and worked with the sacred plant wachuma, supporting women and families through different life processes with ancestral wisdom and functional medicine.
Angie is one of the women of medicine who cares for the Vision Quest altar in Antioquia.
