Andy Rogers

Andy Rogers first became interested in meditation through a school friend who later became a monk in Thailand. After leaving the UK 20 years ago, he spent several years in Japan, where he met Clear Sky’s founding teachers through one of their students, John Munroe, a founding member of Clear Sky.

He has lived at Clear Sky for extended periods since 2009 and spent five years serving as Treasurer and Board Member. Today, he offers a weekly meditation and dharma class in nearby Kimberley. Life at Clear Sky has taken him through many roles, from cooking for 30 people and presenting at AGMs to writing blogs, building budgets, pulling weeds, and repairing fences.

Through all of it, he has seen how his moments of ease and challenge connect directly with Clear Sky’s new principles, and he looks forward to sharing them. Andy is now Clear Sky’s head copywriter and an active member of the Business Development team behind this course. He also enjoys golf in the Rockies, though the season is far too short, and when he is not hitting the magnetic dartboard in the office, he works as a copywriter.
