Andreas grew up in Switzerland, where creative and artistic interests shaped his early years. He went on to study art in high school, and for his thesis he chose stone sculpture, with a particular focus on tombstones.
While working on his own tombstones, he came face to face with a powerful truth: death is always present and inevitable. That experience brought the reality of mortality into sharp focus, while also awakening a strong wish to understand life more deeply.
In his early twenties, Andreas began exploring a range of spiritual traditions and practices. His yoga path started in 2021 with Somananda Tantra School, when he took his first course, The Art of Dying. From there, he entered the rich and structured teachings of Tantra Yoga. He found echoes of his earlier studies, yet Tantra stood out for its precise and comprehensive approach to energy and self-discovery.
He was immediately drawn to this clear, almost engineer-like way of looking at life and existence. After years of committed study, Andreas discovered a new calling: teaching and passing on this profound knowledge.
He has completed teacher training certifications in Tantra Yoga, Tantra Sexuality, and Tantra Massage with the school, and is happy to continue his path as a junior teacher.
