




Movement is my deepest passion. For more than thirty years, I have been exploring the human body, teaching yoga and Qi Gong classes, and sharing my knowledge with others. Over time, I found a path that supports my wellbeing in a lasting way, allowing me to practice and teach from a place of inner harmony. A myofascial network of elastic fibers is kept alive and flexible through gentle stretching, lengthening, pulsing, and pumping.
Since 1992, I have been a medically certified yoga teacher. My training includes various forms of yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, and oriental dance. I also run my own health practice for Beautiful Face in Munich.
Variety shapes my teaching and is essential to me. From many years of experience, a distinctive and highly individual style emerged: E.L.A. Yoga.

Every body is unique, shaped by history and genetics. E.L.A. Yoga does not force you into a rigid framework, but instead approaches posture through a rich range of movement, helping you feel your sensations, keep moving, and take responsibility for yourself. Natural breathing, which comes before every movement, is given special attention.
