More about Andrea & her journey

Andrea’s personal experiences are at the heart of her mission: to support anyone who feels ready to transform their life and move toward greater health in mind, body, and spirit. Having walked through her own challenges, she is deeply committed to helping others avoid reaching the same difficult place she once knew. Her belief is simple and powerful: profound healing is possible when you are willing to receive it.

Passionate about inspiring & supporting others

Based in the Milwaukee and Lake Country area of Wisconsin, Andrea Monique has spent more than 11 years working professionally in the healing arts. She is a Master Teacher and is certified in Advanced Energy Healing, including Reiki and Chios Energy Healing. Her background also includes certification as an I-ACT Colon Hydrotherapist, a Specialty Kambo & Earth Medicine Woman Ceremonial Leader, a Certified Ordained Minister, a Life Coach, a Rebirthing Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, and a Sound and Vibrational Healer. She is also a mother of two teenage children.

Much of Andrea’s life revolves around her children, holistic wellness, her daily practice, her relationship with Christ, clean eating, music, dance, travel, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, time in nature, Earth Medicine, meditation, yoga, singing, and exploring consciousness and spirituality. She approaches life as a sacred ceremony, both inside and outside ceremonial settings.

Since beginning her conscious spiritual path and healing from multiple chronic autoimmune conditions, Andrea has developed a deep desire to help others find balance and healing in every part of life. Along the way, she has learned from many teachers and Master Teachers across a wide range of philosophies and techniques. Her training includes advanced energy healing, sound and vibrational healing, nutrition, detox, breathwork, divine feminine healing, family constellations, the order of love, Native American and Indigenous practices, and more. She has also trained alongside shamans and curanderos in the jungles of Peru and the Andean mountains of Ecuador, receiving direct transmission of indigenous wisdom and roots.

Andrea believes true healing begins with a holistic approach grounded in faith, compassion, integrity, and authenticity. By taking time to understand each person as a whole, she works to identify possible root causes behind mental, emotional, and physical symptoms, while also supporting healthier responses to stress, limiting beliefs, and repeating patterns. Through this process, she has helped many individuals and groups step into empowered purpose, personal truth, and optimal well-being.

Her work blends The Principles of Healing with Christ, Reiki, Chios, colon hydrotherapy, shamanic and Indigenous healing ceremonies, intentional wellness retreats, sound healing with drumming, singing bowls, shanti and koshi chimes, women’s healing practices, essential oils, herbs, and more.
