Andréa Drottholm is a yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and physiotherapist whose work is shaped by a deep fascination with the healing science of yoga and the body’s natural intelligence. Her journey into yoga grew alongside her physiotherapy practice, where she discovered that lasting healing depends not only on strength or technique, but on balance, presence, and attentive listening. With more than 20 years of experience in physiotherapy and yoga education, she has served as a lead teacher in 200h and 300h Yoga Teacher Trainings at Santosha Yoga Institute since 2018. Her teaching covers anatomy, posture and technique, pranayama, meditation, Vinyasa Krama, Yin Yoga, and pre- and postnatal yoga, always with a practical, accessible approach rather than theory alone. Grounded, clear, and trauma-informed, Andréa places strong emphasis on the nervous system and sustainable practice. She supports students through pain, injury, pregnancy, and times of transition, inviting them to move away from force and perfection toward curiosity, self-trust, and embodied awareness. Teaching both in person and online in Bali, she creates spaces where students can feel safe to explore, soften, and reconnect.
